Setting up CleverSwatches is straightforward. Navigate to Products > Attributes and either create a new global attribute or edit an existing one. In the CleverSwatches Type option, select the default swatch type you want — color, image, or text. Configure your attribute terms by adding colors via the color picker or hex value, or upload images for image swatches.
For individual variable products, go to the CleverSwatches tab and configure the display type for each attribute used in variations. Choose from default dropdown, image, color, or text display. Set the swatch size and shape, then configure each term with its corresponding color or image. When a customer selects a variation, the gallery automatically updates to display the images assigned to that variation.
